We scheduled this appointment 10 days in advance to have my remote starter installed. We got there and was told a three hour delay. We decided to wait instead of going home and back to Plainfield to get car. When we came back for the car more disappointment. My car never moved from the spot I parked. Customer service was rude and didn’t even apologize. I’m glad we didn’t pay in advance. THIS IS MY FIRST REVIEW. RUN RUN RUN. I should have read reviews first. I dodge a bullet. Don’t let the price fool you. You will pay in the end. Half my day wasted. I read the company comments. We didn’t have an attitude with anyone. Our time was wasted but we held onto our money. I was with my boyfriend and this was a gift for me. The woman in the small front office is so unprofessional. You said you were running behind. We were told it would take 2-3 hours to get to and complete my car. Hey just tell the truth to people. I respect a person / company to tell me it will take all day to help me. We had other things to do. Also we are too mature and classy to act rude. There is never a reason to act rude with any business when I CAN TELL THE PUBLIC ABOUT YOUR VERY BAD SERVICE WITH A REVIEW. Get it together or get out of business. and stop lying on a review. A review is how a customer feel and is not for you to argue about your proven bad service. ( just tell customers on the phone when they schedule how long things will take. We would have went home and left the car there to be serviced.
