Review: Had an excellent experience at Ziebart in Muncie. Stopped in to get a quote on having my newly purchased used car sprayed to protect it from rust. Ron opened the door for me and greeted me on arrival. I had heard that ziebart had a scratch repair service so I inquired about that in addition to the protection services. He wanted to look at scratch first, and after looking told me that he would not be able to completely fix it but could make it less visible. Having recently had a quote at over $3000 to repair scratch, I felt it was worth a shot. I picked up my car a few hours ago and cannot believe how good it looks. The scratch is still there, but cannot be seen until you are right next to it. It’s barely visible, more like a faint line. The ziebart coating looks so good as well. Ron gave me a deal on price since scratch didn’t come completely out. The friendliness and professionalism of Ron along with how my car turned out far surpassed my expectations! Thank you, Ziebart… I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for making me fall in love with my car even more!

Brought the vehicle in at 825a, Muncie Ziebert went ahead and took the vehicle back and we were called that the front two windows and windshield brow were done and ready to be picked up at 10a. Ceramic Tint looks great and matched the rear windows of the SUV perfectly. Discounted pricing available, too! Definitely recommend Muncie Ziebert!

Review: Had an issue with my remote start that was installed by a competitor of Ziebart that no longer has installation in my area. Went in to Ziebart expecting them to tell me they couldn’t help because it wasn’t their installation. When I walked in I was immediately helped by Hunter, Mason, and Ron. They listened to my problem and said it would be no problem to get the issue resolved. When they dug into the problem they found a deeper issue but assured me that it wouldn’t be any problem to get taken care of. I brought my car back the next morning to get it taken care of, and was even offered a ride home because I didn’t have any other transportation! They fixed the issue that I was having, and even did a little cosmetic work to improve the installation! These guys went above and beyond and had phenomenal customer service! It’s nice to see a company who values their customers and stands by their products even to the degree of fixing another installer’s mistakes! My hat’s off to you guys! If you need a car starter or detailing or anything like that, ask for Hunter and Mason at the Muncie Ziebart! They’re the best!
