The kid,Alex (installer at the time), couldn’t get the bubbles out of my rear windows. I called for months to try to get it fixed. Ended up selling car so let it go. Don’t come here. I sat waiting for half a day when I had this done. Waste of time. Will also offer bribe you with “discount” for a 5-star review. My experience with Tint King was amazing. Amanda and Alex were on it! They were very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their quality of work is unmatched. I usually purchase the film and do it myself, but I wanted a professional look that I haven’t perfected yet. Staff was very polite, informative, and clear on what I wanted plus the price I was paying. I paid a 100$ deposit to lock in my appointment. I was a half an hour early, they took it right on in, 2 hours later they called me that it was ready while I was visiting with my daughter at the mall. If you have to wait, subway is next door, and they have a nice soft sofa (easy to fall asleep on). Well worth the wait and the cost of a lifetime warranty for any future issues. I was concerned about my car being a manual transmission, nice they have someone that knows how to drive a manual there, greatly appreciated that, versus me having to drive it for them. I was able to book an appointment at the greenwood location the same week I called! When I arrived the employees greeted me, they were friendly and seemed enthusiastic! I had the front windows tinted with ceramic film to match the rear windows of my SUV and it looks great!! It was done well and the service appointment was faster than I expected. The team made sure I was happy with the finished product, and I was!! (Prices are VERY different.) If you call the Greenwood Location, they tried to charge me 650$ for a 2021 Model 3 Tesla. I called the Fishers Location and they said 439$ *I Have this all on recording.* Thank you ACM. Anyways, I asked the girl on the Greenwood Location why the price is different than the Fishers location and said that this is the price at ALL locations. I explained that this is not cool for them to have 2 price differences. She tried to tell me that the “STANDARD” Film is the Ceramic Film and that Teslas have a window that requires extra work. (300$ more work.) that the Fishers Location was wrong. I said ok, then hung up. I immediately called the Fishers location to confirm again the price and what would be done, and agreed to the $439.. *Now this is 2 TIMES She quoted me for the entire car to be done all 4 windows and back.* I was driving and could not put the 100$ deposit down at the time and told her I would pull over and call her right back. I called 10 mins later, and when I did, “Jordan”. Claimed, OH Sir, the quote is not for the Back window. The funny part was she said the EXACT Same thing as the Greenwood Location….OH btw, they hung up on me when I said I have been recording this, that this is possibly illegal for them to do this at the very least un-ethical. and I will be contacting the BBB.
