Flat rate pricing, no haggling. Incredibly happy with the work and quality of the tint. They were able to use 1 big sheet of tint to cover the large back glass on these teslas. (THE RIGHT WAY!). Very happy. I called last week to get a quote for a Tesla tinting and spoke with Tony. Had a couple questions about the process and how many years they have been in business and he said “read the reviews”. All the reviews seemed great so we scheduled a window tinting for today. I went in with my boyfriend to drop off the car and spoke with Dan and he was super helpful explaining the different percentages and showed us examples of different work they have done in the past. Before we left Dan gave us a DIFFERENT quote than what Tony gave us last week. We told him we spoke with Tony over the phone and he quoted us “….”, Dan promptly said not a problem we will honor that quote. Not even 30 minutes later, we receive a text from Tony that sorry but the price of the car will be $100 more than what we all agreed on before leaving the car in their possession. He said “well if you can agree to the higher price we will get started”, of course we asked him to give us a call right away to figure this out. Tony called and immediately was SUPER rude and defensive, started raising his voice on the phone and said if you don’t have it in writing then we can’t honor anything. After a couple minutes of us just trying out figure out what went wrong and why he was so upset, we told him we would just come pick up the car. He promptly just hung up and didn’t say anything else. When we arrive there were a few customers in line, Dan stopped talking to them and said “sorry” and gave us the key. I just couldn’t believe no one had anything to say or Tony wouldn’t honor what he and Dan confirmed with us 3 times about the price. Any good business professional would’ve explained they messed up, but they would honor the pricing we had all agreed on. They have amazing professional and courteous customer service. They are prompt in getting our vehicles in and out (even as a walk- in) and provide a nice, clean waiting room and restroom during our wait time. They are reasonably priced and there’s no pressure to upsell you on their products.
