I did not research. The quality of their installations or the products they installing my backup camera. They cut the wires to my park assist. Then I got home. And started researching the quality of the product. They talk me into buying. They sold me a $100 radio for 350. Supposedly installed than an $80 License plate camera for 250 then somehow when it was all done with saying I owed 723 Agreed to come down to 680 if I would leave a good review upon researching The quality of product and installation. I cannot a good conscience. Leave a good review. So I just want to warn people. If you are going to come to Wales audio, please do your research on the product they are selling you and carefully go over the installation before you leave. I’m mistakenly didn’t call around until the morning after it was too late and found out this could have been done a lot cheaper with a lot better equipment. Also, wanna mention that when I came in here to complain. I told them I would pay a $200 upgrade for a different radio. Because I did not want this one in here. And he told me he couldn’t do that because it was $750 installed. Mind you another $300 radio. But when I came into their showroom. That same radio has a tag marked 499 installed. So he basically just lied even though it’s in writing. On the wall and his showroom. Once again would like to say it is my fault. I did not research any of this prior please do that. Yourself. With the bad installation aside, they are still the most expensive audio around with their pricing. I had to. Come back and edit this review so after realizing that pretty much my phone I got ripped off on the equit meant they have came back now and said that there is nothing they can do about the parking system being damaged during their installation. So I asked them for a refund. Put my factory stuff back in and take your stuff out. And very fair price for the diagnostics.
