Review: oh my gosh. they texted me when they were done with my vehicle’s inspection, and they sent me a link to a whole report they’d made that i could view online. the report clearly indicated if each component was ok or needed maintenance, and they even attached pictures of each part of my vehicle to the report so i could see the visuals for myself! whaaaaaaatt?!?! like, have you ever heard of an auto repair place doing things like this? no. this is EXCEPTIONALLY customer friendly and amazing customer service! 500 stars! wow! i’m so impressed!! thank you for really considering your customers’ experience, jim’s auto care!! wow, wow!
