Review: Glass City installed my motorhome split windshield. Done quickly and professionally. I had been quoted a lower price by others who then backed out when I said “let’s do it”, but Glass City was not afraid to tackle the job. EDIT Now tha t the RV is repaired and driveable the windshield had begun to come out. At the time of installation I questioned them for not using any sealant. I was told that sealant wasn’t required. After the windshield began to come out I reviewed the owners manual and it lists a number for sealant. Perhaps I should have looked before the install! I took the RV back to Glass City and the man ran a bead of sealer on it and told me that it is locked in and will not come out. It has now coming out the length of the side. I will not be taking it back but will instead have the windshield removed and reinstalled with the correct sealant. I have not contacted Glass City again no do I plan to.

Review: Literally have been trying get service for 2 months. Always told I’ll be called back and never received the call. Customer service terrible. Guy on the phone my name off the list to get an estimate because I called back to ask why I still haven’t received service or any type of estimate after 2 months. Hung up in my face. I wouldn’t advise anyone to shop here.
