I’ve been bringing my vehicles here since I started driving; nearly 20 years. Awesome cuts on the small quarter windows behind the side mirrors and windshield (can’t even tell the film is there, really) Never tinted a vehicle with this large of cabin; maybe could’ve gone a shade darker all-around but still happens to look great. Spent all day Monday calling various places to install an alarm. Settled on Pro Tint and made an appointment. Called next day to confirm appointment AND be sure they had alarm in stock. We even had offered to pay over phone if anything needed ordered ahead. Was assured they had everything and to drive down (hour drive) and car would be ready next day by 4. Drove down in terrible downpour/rainstorm. Dropped car. Everything good to go. Next day was called and told not only do they not have the item in stock they can not order it. Come get car. Wasted multiple trips an hour away (having to take multiple cars to drop one of and travel home) when we had literally called them to verify if they could do the work. I needed my truck windows tinted, I called at least 10 different shops within a 100 miles of my house and every shop was booked out at least a week. When I called Pro Tint at 10:30am they said they could get me in at 1pm that day! (That might not happen for everyone though) I arrived at 12:30 and around 1:30 my truck was done. Most other shops wanted me to drop it off at 8am and pick it up later in the day, not many people can do that if they only have one ride and have to travel 50 miles to a shop. Overall, everyone was friendly and the price was cheeper than a few other places in Fort Wayne. They offer many other services besides auto & commercial tinting.
