Once it was completed they walked me through the work, warranties, and how to care for it. There have been zero issues so far and it cleans up nicely. Their customer service is fantastic. After only one service they know who you are. I guess I didnt realize a phone call to communicate with me was too much effort! I understand the stain removal of paint was a challenge and unsuccessful but I cannot understand the lack of attempt to resolve my disappointment. There were other spots not removed and of course i was given more excuses. Never once was i asked to bring it back to look over my concerns but they offered me a discount if i brought them another vehice(as if I would bring more business to them when theres unsatisfactory business not resolved). Once wronged shame on you, twice wronged shame on me!!! My experience at this Elkhart location was not good and I would not use them for any future services nor recommend their services. Detail unsatisfactory, customer service unsatisfactory, resolution unsatisfactory and non existing, communication unsatisfactory, value of services unsatisfactory.
