Had 2 casement & 1 picture window glass replaced. All other companies would only replace all 3 windows in each bank of 3 windows, totaling 9 windows and 10x the amount WCI charged for just the glass AND it wasn’t going to match as the manufacturer of our windows is no longer in business. The only other company that would replace just the glass was much higher in price. After looking at the price of new windows, we got input about doing window repair instead of total replacement. I had never heard of such a thing. Some windows needed new glass because they were cracked, some because they were cloudy, some only were bad in the sense that they did not open easily nor pull inward appropriately to clean, and lastly, there was wood rot and a broken crank mechanism on our sunroom window. All of these issues were resolved by window repair and cost about 1/3 of our window replacement cost estimate. The work was done professionally, timely, and the results are simply beautiful. They were courteous and responded quickly to my call. They fixed windows by my front door other companies said they couldn’t fix without replacing whole door. They did not try to sell me something I did not need. Pricing was very reasonable compared to what other companies wanted to charge me. Their technician did an excellent job of installing he was kind and cleaned up after everything. I was so very impressed with this company I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. I consulted multiple contractors to work on installing new windows and completing bathroom remodels but he was far and away the most down to earth, kind, reasonable, and professional one! His team was on time, professional, and completed the work quickly! And his pricing was the best to boot. I love my new bathrooms and windows! Brett is great – I recommend him to all my friends and family now!
