I stopped in on a Friday, set an appointment for the following Thursday. I received a reminder the night before, another message when the car was 20 minutes from being completed. When I picked up the car, the work was complete as we had agreed to. I did not look for the cheapest deal, and actually have no idea if the price I paid was competitive. I’m satisfied, and they stand behind the product for a lifetime. Fair priced. When I took my ride in to get tinted the passenger side headliner had a spot hanging, Tim put some pins in there to keep it in place. Did a great job on my tint. I’m actually thinking about getting my other windows redone now because of how good the quality of his product is compared to what I currently have.
