So I scheduled for the next day and they finally did get it done but the price wasn’t what I was told on the phone. The guy I dealt with was very rude and didn’t believe what I had to say about the price and just made the whole experience awful! Then on top of that the tent has bubbles in it. Very dissatisfied as I have gone here in the past and had good work done.

This is the 2nd time I’ve taken my Jeep to this particular Ziebart despite being warned there is no parking & the work is sloppy. My first visit was for the maintenance package for detailing and ziebarting the outside. I couldn’t tell the inside had even been detailed and I was wiping wax off crevices for months. I returned a second time for window tint, rain guards and power steps. Windows are filthy, rain guards look decent so far. I wasn’t informed until 3 pm that the power side steps had a “defect” in the brackets. Owner is arrogant, rude & unprofessional. I feel bad for the gentleman that work for him. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks for new steps to get in and requested a credit back on my card. I’ll know tomm if my card was credited back or not because the “owner” had no idea how to do that and requested assistance from another gentleman. For someone that likes to spout off he is the “owner” he sure has no customer service skills nor knowledge of how to credit a card back. I will drive across town to a different Ziebart before I would ever return to this one. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau tomorrow. Door automatic lock was off and my passenger sliding door was broken. This is the only communication I have received from this place of business was today, after 5 weeks! We regret that we were not able to meet your expectations. Reading through your email, we are slightly confused regarding the chain of events. Our records indicate your vehicle was serviced for the Diamond Gloss Gold Shield package on 4/18/2022. The interior of the vehicle only receives a light vacuuming of the interior and application of fabric protection. You indicate that the sliding door was in perfect operation before the vehicle was brought to Ziebart. The invoice from the dealership is only making mention of replacing the door panel and clips that hold it in. Did you advise anyone in the sales department of this situation when you picked up the vehicle from Honda? Did you speak with anyone from Ziebart about your findings? Also, the invoice from the service department is dated 8 days after the work was done through Ziebart. Is it not part of our policy to reimburse customer’s for damages that were not reported to us. We have relationship with dealer and collision centers who would be able to resolve these issues and that we would pay directly. With this being said, we are not offering to pay the bill for this repair. Please let us know if you have any further questions regarding this matter. They then tried to sell me one without phone app capabilities and said I could come back the following week and have the app capability added on. When I asked if it would be for the same price they said I’d have to pay for an extra instillation fee! Why should a customer have to pay extra when they are the ones that messed up?? Then they were kind enough to ask if I would like to reschedule…. Hmmm let me think about this….🤔 No thank you!! A courtesy call to inform their customer that they sold out would have been the appropriate thing to do. Instead they allowed me to waste time going all the way up there after working an overnight shift. That type of customer service causes businesses to go under I will never do business with people that don’t take customer service seriously.
