When I called about these issues he said there was nothing he could do to fix it. Terrible Terrible service. Not even close to the quality work I had done on my other vehicle. Do not recommend! Point proven shown on response. Terrible customer service. When I have a scheduled appointment and a time to have my car tinted, I don’t think the customer should have to sit in the street and call 300 hundred times to have you finally show up over an hour later. It’s not about “feeling special” it’s called fulfilling an appointment that YOU scheduled. The cost was $963.00. On two of the windows the film was creased but to the naked eye it looks like the glass was cut. Mike was contacted and he said he would fix the film on Monday or Tuesday 31 May or 1 Jun. Mike was a no show and when we tried to contact him his phone que was full. We contacted him again and he said he would be over on 26 Jun. We called him 24 and 25 Jun to ensure the appointment was still valid and he said it was and would be over in the morning. Guess what he was a no show and never called us. We are looking for installer to replace the two films. This is no way to treat a customer.
