We are very happy with our windows and have noticed a difference in our electric bill over the past year which was great. Scott responds to my phone calls and has been very helpful. Price was fair. Last night (2/27/24) one of our windows broke accidentally and I called Scott around 4:00 PM and he took the time to see if he had an extra window in his warehouse to help us out while we get the window repaired. We got very lucky as Scott found a window that fit perfectly and brought it right over and took good care of us. This is outstanding customer service in my book and my husband and I really appreciate the extra effort he made to help us out in a pinch. Everyone who worked on the project was friendly and courteous, and didn’t overlook any of the details. We appreciated that whenever we were told people would be working, they were here. From the beginning, Scot provided a no-pressure approach to our bid request. No high pressure , no phony sales, just an honest and up-front price. We had also received bids from the big companies (you know who they are) and we immediately knew that Quality Installation was the right choice for us. Scot kept us informed all along the way, and made certain we were completely satisfied. Great communication from our initial visit to discuss pricing to the final install. The pricing was great too. Windows were hard to open and only bottoms tilted for cleaning. Siding had been damaged. We received pricing from several companies and Quality was very competitive pricewise and siding and windows were of comparable quality. Construction was completed quickly and we could not be happier with the look of the siding and the quality and ease of use of the windows. What a difference it made in the look of our home. Scott, the owner, replied promptly each time I contacted him. He did what he said he would do when he said it would be done. Installers were competent, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Had a couple issues that were not his fault but he dealt with them quickly and fairly. Price was best of the 4 estimates I got. Did not like the sales tactics of the window companies advertising on the radio. This company was refreshing after sitting thru all those carpetbagger pitches. I had got a bid from one of those companies that you hear advertised on the radio all the time, and after listening to their high pressure sales pitch for over an hour, the price they quoted us was completely out of our range. Scott from Quality came out and there was no pressure and did the whole job for less than half of the other guys! He worked with us to keep the look of the old windows and stayed well within our budget.
