I’ve been blown away by their outstanding customer service!!! Their staff is friendly and welcoming. I always get a reminder text or phone call the day before my appointments. They always do a thorough inspection of my vehicle during the oil changes and print out a report with pictures if they find any deficiencies. They are never pushy or pressure you to get the deficiencies repaired and they are very honest about which ones can wait, and which ones can not. I just recently had them do two substanial repairs for me and they did such a great job! They kept me informed of everything throughout the two day repair process!! They were totally transparent on the prices and the final price was what they had quoted me ahead of time. A+++ service in my opinion! They made time to work on our van and got us on the road quickly. After being told it would be a few days before I could get in, I was called back and they fit in the schedule. Were able to fix them quickly and saved the day by fixing the caliper, which happened to be sold out basically EVERYWHERE! I’d send anyone to them for auto repairs. I even received a thank you card from them. They were able to fix something so a new part was not necessary…which is good because the part is out of stock…everywhere! It was freezing and found this place to stop at. They were really friendly and professional and even though they were busy they took our car right on in and fixed and they even let us sit and wait in the office with our dog. The price was also really reasonable. Wish I had these guys around any time we needed auto repairs! Trustworthy, friendly, professional and timely service. Really appreciated.
