Review: They maliciously lied about the price of fixing my normal windows, costing twice the amount they originally told me. Definality weigh your options of buying a completely new window from a normal store.

Review: The glass of my huge kitchen window was broke. The price of a new window astronomical!! I finally found Pekin Glass, which, let’s you take the window piece out of the slider part, and just get the section fixed. YAY!!! I had been dreading the cold weather, and having to put plastic on it (what an eye sore). They had it fixed and back to me before the cold snap hit!!! Overall price, time, communication….wonderful experience!! Also, came with a warranty, that was an added bonus upon pick up. I was concerned with the cold outside, not a warranty. Great place! Excellent service!!

Review: I have an older, louvered glass outer entry door. I had just bought my house, and thankfully Google led me to them! I had never seen a door like this but the lovely front office woman had! She walked me through how to get the broken panel out to bring it to them for the measurements (less expensive if you bring in what’s broken). The two pieces I needed fit beautifully. The price was very realistic too. I couldn’t be happier!

Review: “I will be back.” I was looking for a glass and mirror that could cut down a mirror to size for me. After stopping by and calling several places both in Bloomington/ normal and in the Peoria area, they wanted $10 to $20 a cut to size my mirror, and some place wanted you to leave it at their shop for 3 up to 5 day because of their shop work load I called Pekin glass and mirror and they told me that the shop guys were out on a call but if I show up between 3 and 330 pm that they can help me out. I showed up, and they took the mirror that I needed sized, and within 5 mins time, they had it cut to size and and I was on my way home. They changed me a dollar a cut, which I thought was more than reasonable. Pekin glass and mirror have been around for years, and their customer service is top-notch, and their pricing is very fair. I will be back for future projects. Give them a call or stop by.
