Overall, I am extremely impressed with Heather and her team. Below is a conolete reflection of my experiences 1. PTP offers a wide selection of product at an amazing price. I had my precious cars tinted at a reputable dealer in western Michigan, and at PTP I was as able to get a higher quality service at less than 50% of what I spent in Michigan. When you go to their website, you get an upfront, accurate estimate of costs. 2. Heather, the owner, reported that they tint about 200 cars a week together with all their locations which has lead to a tremendous amount of experience and ability to lower costs. 3. Their turn around time is quick, and they stand by the quality of their work. On my latest job, there was some heat damage to the film. When I brought it to their attention, they immediately got me down for a repair free of charge. As stated above, there was an incident where there was some damage to the fill during installation. It happens. What sets PTP apart is how they handled the situation.
