David met me and discussed the 3 levels of ceramic coating services and pricing. An appointment was made and kept by DPM. The 24 hour turnaround resulted in an outstanding job that met and exceeded my expectations. It’s been 9 months since I’ve had my ceramic coating done. I was told that I can bring my car in every 6 months to get it washed, and have the coating inspected, for the entirety of the warranty (7ish years?). Every time I try to schedule this, I get ignored. I’ve been ignored via text, and email. Even after initially getting a response from the owner, I get ignored as soon as they realize I’m trying to schedule a wash/inspection, and I’m not a new customer. It’s very confusing. I’m reducing my rating for a complete lack of professional communication, and for being lied to. I would no longer recommend this company. Perhaps there is a reason to spend the extra cash. ——Initial review: I was researching places to get my ceramic coating done for quite a while, and ended up going here because the price was great, and obviously the reviews. very glad I did. David did an amazing job, and is extremely professional. There’s absolutely no reason to spend $2000+ getting a ceramic coating when places like DPM exist. They did an excellent job of coating my Lucid with ceramic material. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He provided proper guidance in choosing the right package for my needs. Pricing was very reasonable. I’m blown away by the professionalism and attention to detail that David and his team provided. I brought my Audi Q8 in for ceramic coating to include the complete wheel and brake calipers. I was provided updates with pictures and videos throughout the entire process. DPM exceeded my expectations when I went and picked up my vehicle. David provided me with a very fair price compared to some other outrageously priced companies.
