Review: They got my 71 Chevelle glass fixed up super fast (way quicker than expected) and did a great job on it even though it’s not a show car. The people were all super friendly, and the price was very fair (I paid out of pocket, not insurance). I really appreciated the whole process, and this is 100% the place I’ll be going from now on.
Well, I’ll go back if I’m not banned. I don’t *think* they got upset when I accidentally blew the tires off pulling out into traffic. It was cold out and I’m still dialing in new EFI throttle response. 😬😂

Review: I called around 2pm on a Monday to schedule repair for my rear quarter panel window on my car after a neighbor’s kid accidentally hit a baseball through it. Since the kid’s mom would be paying for the repair I went with the lowest price I could find, which was Stephens. They said they could come fix it on Friday. (Another company in town would have gotten me in Tuesday for $48 more than Stephens) On Thursday I get a text asking to confirm the color of the tint on the window and they asked for a picture to help confirm. Got that done. Friday, the day I should be getting this fixed, around 1:30 they call and again are asking which window needs repair. I again told them the quarter panel, not the small triangle of glass on the rear door. They also had my picture I sent the day before so I was surprised there was still any confusion. They got the glass for the wrong window and would need to reschedule me for when the correct glass actually came in. I ended up calling back and cancelling with Stephens because the process was already feeling unreliable and unorganized. Now I know why paying the higher price (I will be paying the difference out of my pocket) with the other company (who also has way better reviews) is worth it.
