Review: I brought my car in to get my old tint removed and to get it retinted and I couldn’t be more happy. Carl was beyond helpful. They had the best prices I could find and was willing to drive over an hour just to go here. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their tint done!

Review: The woman who answered the phone was very rude. If that’s her attitude, she shouldn’t be answering calls. I should have heeded others’ advice not to contact this place. I also discovered that their prices are expensive.

Review: Every time I get a new vehicle I’ve taken it straight to Carl Darling’s shop to get the windows done. Not once have I had a single wrinkle, tear, or imperfection in the application. They do a great job, but unfortunately they have raised their prices unreasonably and the quality of their craft has suffered.
The customer service and presentation has been an ongoing issue here. Every time I have received my car back from them, it’s been a mess – pieces of trimmed film on and around the seats, dirty rags left on the floor, and soap solution filling the door-card handles and covering the dash. It was difficult to wait the 2 weeks that is recommended before cleaning the inside windows because of how smudgy and hazy they left the tint. I was very happy with the product after I cleaned up the mess they always leave for me and finally wipe off the streaks they leave on the windows after the tint finally cures. It’s a shame that they don’t seem to have pride in their work anymore.
The lady at the front desk is very impatient and standoffish. Be prepared to ask your question several times before she actually listens to the entire question without cutting you off aggressively.
The tint looks fine and I’m happy with it, but for how much they charge now, you’re better off saving hundreds by going somewhere that wont trash your vehicle and be rude to you in the process. After this last experience at Carl Darling, I think I’ll go somewhere that actually cares next time.

Review: I’ve had multiple vehicles tinted at Carl Darling with my most recent done today. I’ve never been disappointed. Niles took care of me today. He provided great customer service and took the time to answer all my questions. I was in and out in about an hour and the car looks great! I HIGHLY recommend Carl Darling Window Tinting!
