As a customer, I believe it is important to share feedback, especially when it pertains to issues of discrimination and poor customer service. During my visit to this business I encountered a lady who exhibited discriminatory behavior towards me. Despite being polite and courteous, I was met with hostility and disrespect. Her discriminatory remarks and actions made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, tarnishing my overall experience at the establishment. Furthermore, the customer service provided by TNT fusion tools Maryville was subpar at best. Not only was the staff unhelpful and indifferent to my concerns, but they also failed to address the discriminatory behavior displayed by their colleague. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business as a whole. As a result of this experience, I am deeply disappointed and saddened by the treatment I received at aTNT fusion Maryville Discrimination of any kind has no place in today’s society, and businesses should strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers. I urge this business to take immediate action to address these issues and implement proper training and protocols to prevent discrimination and improve customer service standards. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend this business to others, and I will be taking my patronage elsewhere. He was able to rectify a really bad tint job that a previous company had to do twice and couldn’t get it right. The customer service was top notch as well as the work done. The customer service was amazing. I waited over a month to get it tinted because I wanted quality work. They had me in and out within a half hour.
