We moved in a house with different shades across all the windows, thus we need new shade badly. But with prior negative experience with vendors before, we are very careful of which company we would partner with. After some consultation, we decided to go with Infinity and are very impressed. The owner is very responsive, and quote is very reasonable, and the lead time is faster than we expected. From the beginning of the communication to final installation, the owner is very communicative and kept us informed the status of the order. He usually got back to the emails with an hour or two if no sooner. In terms of installation process, they also delivered and installed the products with speed and quality. The installation experience is also top-notched. We are happy that the house looks very cozy and warm now, which is what we are looking for.
