Review: Great service, affordable prices. He did my subs in my Camaro and it sounds better then most I’ve heard. I blew a fuse and he told me to come in and he will replace it same day. 10/10 definitely coming here for any of my sound decisions.

Review: Told Jeff what my wife and I would like , so he made a few suggestions that we went with. No regrets, price was great . But most of all Jeff is a man of his word, had some technical issues several months later and he didn’t bat an eye to take care of us !! Thanks Jeff , God bless you and your business!!

Review: Jeff is awesome! He’s extremely knowledgeable and very upfront and honest. He went above and beyond with the install/repair of my audio equipment, as well as installed a light bar on the front and some additional brake lighting on my Jeep (we Jeep people love our lights as he says…. haha, so true!). His recommendations were on point, service was outstanding, and his pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely be back!

Review: Super knowledgable and fantastic customer service. The only sound and window tinting specialist you should trust your car/truck with. He has fixed two cars I thought I had right, despite online “specialist” saying it was all correct, it was not, Jeff knew exactly what was wrong
that C….field could not figure out, and Jeff fixed it. Learn from me, just take it to Jeff from the start!

Review: Bypass this company. – rudeness
Not sure if the guy was having a bad day but was super rude on the phone. Saw that the company had very good reviews from a lot of people. Was going to schedule a radio install and he said call back on Monday. Called again and tried to explain my situation with my radio again and was responded very rudely to with “I already talked to you LAST week. It’s either the radio is bad or it needs a firmware update”. The only thing I remember him asking me to do is call back on Monday. All I did was try to ask a question. If a professional is not willing to answer a simple question from a customer then I do not believe they will care very much about the job that they do for that customer. Not impressed.

Review: Jeff is absolutely the best car radio guy in Southern Illinois, maybe in all of Illinois. He knows his trade like the back of his hand AND he cares for his customers. When I told him which radio I had bought for my truck he immediately told me that it was a piece of junk and would be a pain to install. He suggested I return it and recommended more reputable brands. I followed his advice and the install was quick and easy. He also noticed that there was one “wonky” wire loose that would not allow my radio to function properly. He ordered an additional part that will fix the problem. I don’t think I’ve ever had a car service really care about customer satisfaction as much as Jeff.
