It was hard to understand the installer and he seemed like he was in a hurry. This was the second time we used Waukegan Gurnee Glass and the first experience was much better. Overall, they are very responsive and professional. From what I can tell, the prices are also reasonable. I would still recommend them. UPDATE: They contacted me about the work. They came back and found a good solution to make the mirror look very nice. Glad to know they stand behind their work. They even called afterward to make sure I was satisfied. They came today to do the work, they: were on time, courteous, treated my home with respect, cleaned up after themselves, and did an all-around great job!
