Matt and his team were very communicative on responding to this. I followed up to that same email w/ some questions. After a day or two of no response, I decided to call and see if I could get the answers. The customer service (woman) I spoke to, was not helpful and actually is the reason I took time to leave this review: I started by inquiring about where their service area is… She said she was unable to answer this. I told her, there is a $50/service fee quoted and i only live about 20m away…I’d be more than willing to drive closer to save that (*this $50 was what put their quote ahead of the other quotes I had). She informed me I live 35mins away (from their home office). Ok, I responded. Instead of working w/ me on this, she followed up with informing me that they are booked out (really) far. I politely responded, it doesn’t seem like you’re interested in this potential sale (?) thank you for your time. She politely said thanks and proceeded to hang up. Conclusion: Not the worse I’ve ever had, but when you’ve done the leg work, you’re trying to stay local (what I assume is small business), and you’re calling to make a purchase….and instead, you’re pushed away…it’s aggravating. (side note: After leaving my initial review, i read others to see what the lower reviews were and they seem to be talking about a similar person) ***Matt (the owner) did call upon my review and left me a voicemail. We called multiple times to schedule an appt. We were told once they reviewed the schedule, they would call us back. They never did. Unfortunately, we had to pay a little more and go with a company farther away, but the job got done in a timely manner, with excellent customer service. —– Author: Amanda Wilkie Rating: 5/5 Date: 12/16/2022, 10:41:24 PM Review: My husband and I broke our windshield driving on a country road. We called Farmland and He took all of our information. We had a new windshield in a few days. It was reasonably priced and great customer service. I highly recommend.
