I did ask for exactly what I had done for my previous car which it was including front windshield however after driving over an hours to this place I was told front windshield wasn’t part of the deal. They were quick to respond, professional and communicative, shared different tint options/pricing, and provided upfront scheduling options which was super helpful. I had follow up questions that were also answered very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable and below or aligned with others. I was getting my two front windows and a strip across the windshield done for my new Q5. The experience: I booked my appointment a few days later and made the drive from the city to their location. Location was easy to find (large “Tinting” sign on side of road” and I was immediately greeted. The employee brought my car into the shop and then met me in the waiting room. He covered all the different tint features, shades, and options, and confirmed the pricing + the estimated timing. The waiting room was great with seating. Wi-Fi, water/coffee, and a restroom! They finished the job on time and then walked me through the window use and cleaning suggestions and warranty information. Then I was off! Incredibly convenient scheduling, super amazing outcome, reasonable/competitive pricing. I took two of my cars in to get tinted and was talked through the different type of tint, heat resistance, shade,etc. overall i couldn’t be happier about how they came out.
