Review: I discovered this shop after conducting a Google search for car stereo installation services in my area. They had received numerous positive reviews, and after reviewing a few of them, I decided to visit their establishment. I was pleasantly surprised by their competitive pricing and professional demeanor. The prices were reasonable, and I have not encountered any issues with the installations they have performed. I have taken two of my vehicles to them for car stereo installations over the past 4 years, and I have never had to return for corrections due to their errors. This used to be a recurring problem when I used chain businesses like Best Buy or Custom Sounds. These guys provide accurate information about the necessary components and associated costs without employing aggressive sales tactics. In other words, They may suggest a product that fulfills a specific need without pressuring you to purchase it. Their primary objective is to complete the installation efficiently and effectively. In addition to car stereo installations, they have also provided window tinting services and rectified my unsuccessful attempt at a do-it-yourself window tinting project. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment to any audio enthusiasts, ‘bass heads’ or anyone seeking professional installation services.

Review: Normally I don’t post reviews, but after my interaction this week I felt compelled to.
Earlier this year I purchased a remote start for my Ram truck, installation was clean, price/cost was average and as was the actual product (no bells or frills, basic R.S) but the customer service was great (more on this in a bit)
Fast forward many months later and right as the cold weather starts to set in, my R.S would not work properly. I spoke with the owner and brought my truck in for troubleshooting. Turns out that there was an one in a million issue with the actual brain of the r.s and nothing to do with Modified. Shawn & his team went above and beyond with their customer service and they really do care about customer satisfaction and will make it right! Alot of other shops will either charge you just to even look at it or tell you to take it up with the manufacturer of the product.
Sure, you can get your aftermarket parts at another shop, but you can’t get the level of customer service anywhere else but Modified.

Review: I had a remote start installed in my vehicle last Monday. Service was quick, friendly and installed properly. I am super pleased with the customer service I experienced when I was there. The shop was very clean and the couch in the waiting area was nice and comfy

Review: Top notch customer service, top notch product line, top notch professionalism. This shop has earned my business for many years to come. From the second I walked in I knew it was a good fit. Very personable staff and custom tailored a sound system to my f-250 that met exactly what I was looking to spend. They have a nice lounge to hang out in as well while they get you taken care of. Very nice atmosphere all around. Will definitely be referring friends & family. They also did a tent for my (2) side windows for $80. I was surprised how cost affordable everything was, especially for that kind of quality service.

Review: Great customer service with honesty and integrity. Took my wife’s car in for replacement speakers because the soundquality was deteriorating. The team at Modified Auto Sound took the time to investigate the problem first and found nothing wrong with the system. They made some adjustments to the amp and charged me zero and system sounds great. They could have taken advantage of the situation but instead showed their expertise, professionalism and integrity. I will be returning with my business in the near future. Thank you guys.
