Google User Rating: 3/5 Date: 6/8/2024, 7:23:15 PM Review: The outside was mostly well done except the rocker panels. He removed sap, did a great job, and that takes time. Interior was still filthy when I picked it up (dirt and miscellaneous smudge I could roll off with my finger tip) and the paint chips were uncorrected even though it was part of the work scope. Had to leave it and come back the next day. Paid an Uber round trip instead of a one way, then had to get a ride the next day. Had to leave work early to get there before closing. No consideration was made on the $575 price to detail a tiny Beetle and touch up chips with paint kit I provided. Do it right the first time and if you under quoted, call me and attempt to re-quote but don’t tell me it is done then admit after I show up that it isn’t done. Who has time for two round trips? Not me—if I had that kind of time to waste I will do it myself. Side note: His wrap work looks excellent. Daniel blamed it all on a new employee—not my problem. Dan is the best so very helpful price was good. He really took care of me. I couldn’t of ask for a better job. His attention to detail was superb and took plenty of time to do the job right. I had some tree sap on the exterior & he got all of it out!!! My cars paint was etched with water droplets from a summer of sun and sprinklers. The car wash people told me it was hopeless. He brought it back to looking right off the assembly line. He was honest, truthful and had very fair prices.
