They left water spots, dirt, and dust. Then when they dropped off my car they parked my car down the block from my house despite the fact that there was space right in front and in the driveway. It just felt like a lot of lack of attention to detail which I didn’t expect given the price. Carrectly was by far the beste price, and offered the most convenient service. Concierge pick up/drop off of your car by extremely friendly people. Great and transparent pricing and super easy communication via email and text. I had exterior detailing performed on my car due to rust/ tar marks as a result of parking underneath the L tracks. From the moment I reached out asking for an estimate, I felt relieved that they would be able to get the job done. Everything was explained in detail to me. Everything was stress free as they picked my car up from work and returned it in the same day. Updates on my car were sent to me via text. The results were absolutely phenomenal and better than I expected. Not to mention, the price was absolutely fair. I am so thankful for all the work put in towards making my car look brand new!! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I just saw the most recent review posted before mine and the gentleman had a bad experience with them as well, so I’m not the only one. I was speaking to their customer service manager, Hailey, who was unable to articulate why I was being UPCHARGED because of the type of vehicle I have, a jaguar coupe. I requested the exterior showroom detail and ceramic coating. On their website, it says the exterior detailing is $255, and the ceramic coating is $750. I had a dime size dent on the side of my car, which likely came from someone tapping the fender when opening their car door. No paint was chipped and it could be removed with a plunger, at the very least. They wanted to charge me $300 to pull out/correct the small dent. That was the first red flag. When I asked her why they were charging so much, she gave me three excuses: 1) they’re prices are firm and they charge the same price to remove every dent that doesn’t require fixing/adding paint, and 2) the dent was so small it’s harder to remove, and 3) the dent is too close to the gas tank so it’s going to be extra work. I mean, how many fabrications do you have to make up to SQUEEZE me for extra money. Next, their website has a price of $750 for ceramic coating. She charged me $1,150, and gave me 2 excuses why I was being UPCHARGED for the ceramic coating. First, she said all their prices are firm. Then she said their is a price range of $750 – $1800. When I asked her if she understood the meaning of “firm,” she got frustrated. If the prices are “firm,” then there wouldn’t be a price chosen within a “range” determined by their office. When I asked her why they are charging me $400 more than the base price, she said it’s because you have a luxury vehicle. When I said it’s a coupe, which is smaller than a sedan, suv, or truck, she got upset. I could understand paying more for a bigger vehicle, but I have a two-door car. Then she went on to say, it’s because your car has curves. What car doesn’t have curves? This was ridiculous! I was looking forward to working with them. She threw it in my face that they are the TOP RATED provider in the city. I think it’s unfortunate that she would try to use that rating to UPCHARGE me on pricing. I will happily take my business elsewhere. Safely picked up and dropped off in high rise garage without any hassle. Did an amazing exterior and interior detail /cleaning with dog hair removal. The car when I received it was in bad shape- stains everywhere & pet hair everywhere. Carrectly blew me away with their customer service (shoutout Kevin) and attention to detail. I loved that I got a car while they had mine in the shop and that they come and pick up/drop off your car if you’re in the city. My car was spotless upon return and I was shocked to see all the stains and dog hair was completely gone! The car looked brand new! I loved that I got a car while they had mine in the shop and that they come and pick up/drop off your car if you’re in the city. My car was spotless upon return and I was shocked to see all the stains and dog hair was completely gone! The car looked brand new!
