Helpful customer service reps who are quick to answer the phone. I got a service call scheduled for the same week. Knowledgable, punctual, and professional technicians performing service. We replaced 18 windows in a home we’re rehabbing, all from advanced windows. They look so good, all have screens, they open easily and seem so sturdy (They traveled 100 miles with my dad… in his truck… Scary). We had a window that was made in the wrong shape and the guys were quick to correct the mistake and make me a replacement. I will recommend this place to anyone who asks because they are a straight forward, no gimmicks business with quality products. About 1-1/2 to 2 years ago one window had some steam building up inside and they came to replace the window with a couple days. More recently, Illinois has had some sub zero temperatures and a window actually cracked. When I called to get service, I was immediately taken care of and a service call was scheduled free of charge. Customer service is horrible . Installation is horrible and be aware!!!! they recommend subcontractors, but that does not grant you the warranty. I had a number of small (read: not worth to an installer) issues with handles and one small issue with one of the doors. I spent literal years trying to track down who installed them for the original builder with no success. Finally reached out the Advanced Windows (shoutout to Jacek) and they were extremely helpful. Performed a very professional service call and got me all the replacement parts I need.
