They have installed truck caps on the last three trucks I have owned as well as a spray on bed liner. Every one of those purchases have been top quality and reasonably priced. When they gave me an appointment day and time, they were ready to do the work and did an excellent job. I have had one small issue in the past so I stopped by 3 months after installing a truck bed cap and they came out to the parking lot, examined the issue and fixed it within 15 minutes. I replaced the last truck with a new one that is 3 years newer. Instead of buying a new bed cap I took the old one off my trade in truck and had it repainted. In the process of transporting the cap to the painters, I lost a rear door hinge. Pacesetters worked with me I’m getting a new hinge in 2 days. I had talked directly to the manufacture of my truck cap and they would not sell the huminge to me. I then went to Pacesetters and they came up with a hinge and charged me much less than the manufacture had quoted me. Bottom line is that these Guys go out of their way to get the job done and Make Things Right! If you look me up you know I tell it like it is. Pacesetters will continue to get my business because they earned my confidence in doing the job right and standing behind their work!!! —– Author: Michael Kennedy Rating: 1/5 Date: 12/2/2024, 4:43:14 PM Review: Brought my 6th vehicle to Pacesetters to have tinted like I did with the previous 5 others. The level of professionalism and quality of work has gone down the tubes. I was NOT quoted over the phone, Danny copped an attitude with me and told me a price considerably higher then I was expecting because of the car itself, and they charge for 1/4 windows. On the 1/4 windows there are gaps between the frame and the tint. I brought it up and was told there’s nothing they can do a machine cuts it and it is what it is. They offered a small discount to try and smooth the situation over, which would not be nearly enough to bring it elsewhere to get it fixed as they are refusing to fix their sloppy work. Out of the 5 windows they tinted 4 have bubbles and the tint looks creased and like they tried to smooth it out. Called back again spoke to Danny and was told it takes up to 2 to 3 weeks for the bubbling to stop. Totally ignorant, unprofessional, and dismissive. Buyer beware situation for sure! He was very helpful and helped us with the choice of cap and accessories based on our personal needs for our new F-150. He even threw in an “extra” here and there.
