I was in the market for a wrap, got some quotes, and did some research. Roy provided a quote and also provided unbiased information about other vinyl wrap businesses around central Illinois. Even if he did not win my business, he wanted to be certain that I hired someone that does it right! Roy’s willingness to help, knowledge, and expertise won my business. It had absolutely nothing to do with price, but even that was more than fair! We got the project scheduled so I paid for half up front right away to lock in the install date. Over the next few months, I would send Roy progressions of the design to solicit his unfiltered feedback and he obliged. The weekend prior to install, Roy was in contact with me to fine-tune some details of the design, get measurements, and start printing. I dropped it off at his shop and a day later, it was done and looked like a million bucks! It was awesome to see the concept turned into reality and Roy and his crew at Central Image Wraps were a huge reason why. If you hire Roy and his crew, you will receive amazing customer service, an excellent experience, quick turnaround, collaboration, education, and a group that goes the extra mile without being asked.
