Review: 1. After shopping around I was quoted one price and when finished wanted over $800 more, after 4 months of waiting with a deposit left down . Ended up paying over $500 more then quoted.
2. After being told plow would be installed in October it finally was installed in February. I can understand the back order, but after being told it will be in after numerous times it got old. Especially the last time in January when they said it was in and set an appointment brought it down and wasn’t in again.
3. Asked for back drag blade never was installed.
4. Said I was needing a lift kit but couldn’t do it then because of not having parts and sent me home with the mount hitting the road on the way home.
5. When getting it home I noticed both pins were falling out because they didn’t install clip on both pins, which would have dropped the back end of plow to the ground. (Thank you God)
6. Told me when I left home that if I want to take plow off I may need to drive over some boards or Jack the front end up to get plow off. Trust me they were correct.
Me, coming from a customer service background, felt that they really didn’t want to listen to what I had to say after politely voicing my concerns. They had excuses after excuses of reasoning why, which stories were different from each person I spoke with. Not a good experience for me. Review: I’ve had multiple things done to my vehicles since moving here and I’m very pleased with the work that’s been preformed.
Customer service is excellent, including phone etiquette & also very helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone!
