Review: Quick service & at the best price I could find. Some broken glass got into a shade mechanism and the guys got the shade spring thing working again. They said it was gonna take an hour but I think they got it gone in 40min.
100% would recommend to friends & family if they asked me where to go.

Review: I had a small windshield star / ding and didn’t want to file an insurance claim and ultimately end up with my rates getting raised as a result.
I looked at Safelite. While they are super convenient with their onsite service, that comes at a price. They’re an option if you don’t care about cost.
Next, I stopped into Auto Glass Plus. Pricing well below Safelite, plus you’re patronizing a local family-run business that provides superior service. I was able to add tinting of my driver and passenger windows to the repair services and still ended up at a cost point below what I would have paid to the other guys.
This is an independent local business where you will find a friendly and welcoming experience. Quotes are quick and free, they will schedule repairs around what works for you, and they stand behind their work.
I’ve previous had Auto Glass Plus, Inc. seal a leaky sunroof, and also had them replace a windshield. Their services are consistently excellent and their repairs lasted longer than my vehicles did. This is the place where you will find high quality repairs at a price that consistently beats the competition. Don’t take the easy route and have a generic solution come to you – visit Auto Glass Plus instead and keep a few more dollars in your pocket while receiving superior service.

Review: I had my windshield replaced here, and while the quality of the work was good, the customer service was so disappointing. The staff was uncommunicative from start to finish—no greetings, no updates while waiting, and no explanation of the process. I felt ignored the entire time. Staff was not friendly at all. When the job was done, I was simply handed my keys with no effort to provide a good customer experience or explanation. I won’t be returning or recommending this place next time.

Review: Terrible customer service. I had an appointment scheduled for afternoon of 7/2 for windshield repair. At 3pm still no call to confirm tech was coming so I called and was told tech had a family emergency in the morning and cannot come. I understand things happen but to leave your customer hanging and waiting and and not calling to reschedule is unacceptable. They tried to push me off and said they may have someone available maybe next week, so I just called Safelite. I do not recommend this business.

Review: I, Joe Genovee own 2012 Chevrolet with a sun roof. This past summer during the raining dates a water leak on the driver’s side developed. I shared the experience with a friend Robert, who is in the auto business and he recommended Auto Glass Plus. I drove there to 1929 So. Arlington Hts. I met with Quentin a tech specialist who took the vehicle in and ran a few water tests and was able to clear away the blockage track. I requested a bill and Quentin replied “the best thing we can do is service to our customers” and he did not charge me a penny!

Review: Efficient, professional and detailed service. Small round table inside with comfy chairs while you wait. There is a window to look at your car being worked on. This was THE BEST CHOICE out of four others I was considering for a repair I needed done. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service on the phone when I called, and in person. Highly recommended! 3m automotive window tinting available here too!

When it was time to replace my front windshield, they guys did it super fast and very professionally. I’m very happy with the work and service they provided.
