Price: lowest price I could find, and the material and craftsmanship is top notch. 2. Execution: everything went according to plan. Quick, thorough, and detailed explanation on job. Total wait time was much less than expected. Called late afternoon and job was scheduled and completed the following day. 3. Location: the business itself is clean, well maintained, and welcoming. Very close to home. 4. Employees: the employees were very professional and respectful. Their attitude was very reassuring. The guy in the office (so sorry I forgot your name) he gave me the option to pull my car in the heated garage so I can walk into the waiting area from there since it was super cold out. He let me know where the bathroom was and that they had coffee. David was the technician who did my install (I’m pretty certain David is his name), he was friendly and amazing. He asked me if I wanted to keep the stickers I had on my windshield and that he would do his best to save any of the stickers/decals. The environment was clean and they played pleasant music in the garage while working. I was working on my laptop while waiting, but it was much quicker than expected being that I was the first customer of the day. At checkout the price was a little higher than quoted over the phone, but when I expressed that to David he addressed it with the guy in the office (sorry again to the nice guy in the office) and they got my price down and actually a little lower than what I was quoted. He also gave me aftercare instructions (really just avoiding the car wash for 3 days and coming back if there are any issues/leaks). So I appreciate you both for taking care of both my windshield and my wallet!
