Review: Great customer service! Didn’t have to wait long to get in, and when they weren’t able to do entire planned service (safety feature recalibration after the glass installation) they communicated it immediately, removed those charges, and advised how/where to have it done.

Review: I needed to get my windshield replaced and I’m so happy I decided to use Grizzly. I was on the schedule in 2 days, they helped me find a coupon, and the installation took less than an hour. The new windshield is beautiful. I’m very happy with the results and I was super impressed with the excellent customer service.

Review: Had someone come out from Sandpoint for a quote for glass replacement. Told me he would call me in 2 days, 2 weeks later, nothing. Call office they said they would get on him to call me. 1 week later, nothing. I don’t care if your busy, it’s poor customer service and reflects badly on your business.
