Scheduling was simple with most communication being done from Facebook messenger. I had an interior and exterior detailing completed. My main concern was “blue Jean transfer” that was staining my white seats. He greatly reduced the appearance of the blue stains as shown in the pictures. I didn’t expect them to come out fully as it was stained blue when I bought the Tesla a year ago. Matt was very accommodating and gave status updates and progress photos. Communication was solid and Matt is quick to resolve any issues if they arise. I did opt out of the ceramic interior coating that he offered to do. Overall great experience with Matt making the process and payment as convenient as possible. Great pricing since Tesla is considered a luxury vehicle.
