Each time I was quoted one price but when it was time to pay it was a couple hundred more. I didn’t add or change anything to the service he was supposed to be doing. When I questioned it I was told that’s just how it is and if I wanted to take my quad or My vehicle home I was going to pay that price. I was completely confused and caught off guard by not only the price but the terrible customer service I received. I own a business and I have managed a few as well, the treatment that I got there was completely unacceptable. I don’t agree with “the customer is always right” thing but when you tell me a price I expect it to be that price. I would also expect to be treated with mutual respect, which I did not. I try and do most of my business in town or close to town to keep the money in our towns. Unfortunately, Nathan’s will not be a place I will be returning to. The belittling and rude attitudes were a complete disgust. Fortunately we were able to make it to Arco and Nathan’s Service. They were able to get us up and running in a timely manner. Their customer service was stellar and their price was VERY reasonable.
