On my midsize suv there were finger prints still on the insides of my windows, coffee residue still in my cupholder, the door panels didn’t even look like they were wiped down, the engine bay was still dirty, dust still on my radio and there was still melted candy on my shifter. Exterior was the only thing they seemed to have cleaned. My truck still had spilled drink down the center council, the engine bay was not cleaned, lint and dust everywhere on the interior, the grill still had dead bugs, polish residue everywhere, and hair that wasn’t mine or my partners in the cup holder. Not only did they basically charge us for shotty work but they stole from us also, we had a few things we bought in the back of the truck we forgot to remove when dropping it off, that miraculously went missing and the workers just acted stupid when questioned about it. Now the owner of the shop is probably going to jump on here and say well we signed saying everything was okay and paid AFTER the service was done which is absolutely false. We exchanged all money and contracts BEFORE the detailing was done AND when pointing out their mistakes they just wiped the things down leaving streaks of cleaner. Hes also probably going to say “well it was good enough to ship which is what you paid for.” No we paid to have our vehicle CLEANED not spit shined and hosed off. I’m not looking for a refund or any sort of compensation, just trying to want future customers to not waste their money. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
