Detail BLVD

It was a hard decision until I came across Detail BLVD. All of the other places had mixed reviews with the level of work being inconsistent, then came Detail BLVD. All of their reviews are high and I now see why. I initially emailed to clarify if a few small items would be covered in the complete detail. Mike, the owner responded promptly with answers and I scheduled a complete detail for the following week. You’ve got to drive slow to not miss the entrance as you can easily drive right past. My drop off at 10am was one of the busiest times so I ended up parking on the street and walking between the buildings. The team greeted me right away and my appointment was with Mike so he walked out with me to see the car. He asked about anything specific I was concerned about (dog fur in carpet) and after chatting for a few minutes I passed over the keys and headed out. The team called around 6:30, saying the car was ready for pickup. Mike wasn’t there upping pickup which wasn’t as big deal. The tech that was there reviewed the two items I mentioned upon drop off and we only looked at the drivers side of the car due to the location of where it was parked. The carpets stick out cause B I can’t see any dog hair and the seats are so soft after they cleaned them. Upon getting home and taking a more detailed look to take pics to post there were a free areas that needed s as but more detail. I emailed Mike around 10pm and he responded before 11pm! I was very impressed with his customer service and he immediately took responsibility for the items that were not up to par. He offered to personally fix these items on Sunday (they are normally closed) at 9am. I was very impressed with his ownership of the quality of work and immediate offer to resolve the issues. I dropped off the car at 9:10 am and he told me it would be about an hour. Sure enough within the hour he called to notify me it was completed. All of the items I emailed about were rectified and I couldn’t be happier. He gave very insightful recommendations for a couple questions regarding deeper scratches and the locks for the floor mats. If I could give him 10 stars that wouldn’t be enough. He was pleasant the entire time and again his accountability for the items I emailed about blew me away. Most places will try as wiggle out of responsibility, not him. 100% ownership and no attempts to not complete the job. I was able on Sunday to partake in the loaner car which was great, new Mazda 3…. reminded me of my old Mazda 3 and so much b fun to buzz around in for the hour. If you’re looking for a detail place I recommend checking Mike and his team out. I will definitely go here in the future when I need another detail.
