I my self own a brand new F-150 Lariat sport and ordered a 6inch BDS lift kit with upgraded coil overs and DSC adjusters directly from BDS which is the same company they use and get the same kits from. Today I decided to call to get a quote on installing the kit along with 22*12 Fuel wheels and 35*12.5 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. I was told no I would have to buy everything directly from them In order to get the work done that I am willing to pay what ever they charge to get done. That’s not good customer service, and not a good way of earning new customers. You guys should definitely make that clear on y’all’s YouTube channel that the only way you could get your truck worked on is by buying every single part from them.
