Review: In a panic, I called Factory Auto Glass after issues with another company. They quoted me a fair price and worked me onto their route for the next day. Michael and Donovan arrived and walked me through the process. They were professional, communicative, and timely. I really appreciate that the service is mobile and they came to my home. The price I paid was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. I hope I never have to call again, but I will absolutely be recommending this company to everyone who needs it.
