Our service advisor was David Dinh. His product knowledge was excellent, and his pricing was very reasonable given the high-quality of service that we received. David had an opportunity to upsell us on services that we really didn’t need. Instead, he recommended a service package that was less expensive, but more suitable to what we actually needed. No pushy tactics for upgrades just wanted me to be happy and achieve what I was looking for. They took the time to walk me thru the options and explained how they would achieve the end result I was looking for. Scheduled an appt. to come back the next day and although I was on a little time crunch to p/u my daughter from daycare, they knew it was important to me so they were transparent and realistic in time-frames and knocked it out the park…ahead of schedule. Coming from a sales/customer service background I can be a little critical on subpar service. Not here. The price was great, workmanship excellent, top notch professionalism, and the facility/waiting room was very accommodating with wifi, snacks and beverages. Don’t normally write reviews but these guys deserve this long winded rant. Y’all earned my business. Thank you David and Anthony! She looks great!
