He said you can come at 9:30 AM. I agreed and he tells me to text him when I’m on my way. At 9 AM I text that I was on my way and would see him at 9:30 AM. I didn’t get a response. I get there and he is not there. I call him and he tells me he is running 15 minutes behind. So I wait. 25 minutes later he’s still not there and another guy pulls up thinking I’m him. That guy tells me he was there for his 10 am appointment. I left at that point.
