First thing I recognized is the attitude towards potential clients when I walked in to check out a new shop. Lackluster in appeal and customer service. I came in to ask how much, if they offer the LED headlights that I have compatible to my aftermarket headlights needing replacement on a 11th generation Honda Civic EX. They only had the single bulb for LEDs. I asked about the cost for install. He replied with ‘up to $135’. One of the team members, perhaps the owner walked me out back to where my car was to supposedly explain in detail given the concern. I explicitly explained to him that one of my bulbs went out so should I replace the bulbs or the whole aftermarket set? I needed a specific bulb size from a former advisory. He couldn’t answer the question without the inclination to put a price on the right answer. I had halogens. He argued that halogens were ‘LEDs but with a ring around it’. Factory bulbs are typically h11s with dual capabilities. I needed H1s for the headlights I had for both hi and low beams. He exclaimed that he didn’t know what I wanted after explicitly explaining the need. Then he proceeded with getting his phone from his RV to show his missed calls. I assumed he would Google/use his phone to search the facts to match his expertise with reputable references. He only showed me missed calls. He doesn’t care about the customers. He then said that it would cost $135 an hour, two hours max labor with taking the bumper off contradicting what was previously mentioned. The caps under the hood would have to be unscrewed to get to the bulbs for replacement. Do thorough research for credible resources. Don’t waste your hard earned money to be LIED to. Poor business conduct/ethics. —– Author: donavin copeland Rating: 1/5 Date: 8/13/2023, 3:01:08 AM Review: Came here to just get a diagnostic that I was told would be no cost to me because they installed my amp for me about a month prior. Had my wiring redone and everything. I paid good money and thought highly of this place.However the customer service here is down right terrible and they will take your money and then look at you crazy if anything is wrong. I would stay far away from this place. The manager Mr. Rook or whatever his name is was beyond rude. Told me himself that he doesn’t mind “being the bad guy” Throws his employees under the bus for doing exactly what they promised me! This is a money hungry get in and get out business. I hope his employees find better jobs… and I hope you if your reading this find a better place to go. Because this place is not it.
