I had my back window broken out a few days prior and I was pretty stressed trying to figure out how I was going to replace it and get it retinted for a fair price. I had been getting quotes from a few shops including the Lexus dealership and when I spoke to Sully he had a wealth of knowledge and expertise that put my stress at ease. He gave me a price well under every other shop I had spoken to, replaced it in 90 minutes the next day, and he directed me to his partner down the road at East Coast Tint who retinted my window the exact same for a great price as well. Without scheduling an appointment, I decided to visit the location. Although the owner was out when I arrived, I reached him by calling the number posted on the door. He was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating during our conversation. The pricing was very reasonable, and he even offered me the chance to watch the repair process, which I appreciated. He provided a clear timeline for the repair and explained what to expect moving forward. I was truly impressed by the outstanding customer service and professionalism displayed by this business. Over this weekend, my son learned a life lesson, don’t hit rocks with a whiffle ball bat…. Well, after making 18 calls to “Open” glass company’s I came across in my “near me” google search, Sully answered the phone. I didn’t think I had a chance of getting my window fixed over the weekend, however Sully said “I will get you taken care of”. Without hesitation, he told me the price, ordered the glass, and came in on a Sunday (No “weekend charge”) and got me taken care of. He did extremely clean work and takes pride in what he does. He said “come on to the shop, your more then welcome to see how I do it. Not only did he fix my window, he recalibrated the windshield that the dealership didn’t do before selling it to me 6 months ago. On top of that, as we were talking I explained some of the electrical issues the truck has. He said, let’s plug it in and see what codes it has. Yes, I have a code reader at home however nothing compared to his full diagnostic scanner. Mind you, he is mainly focused on fixing glass however out of the kindness of his heart, he wanted to make sure I was running better than before. Don’t waste your time calling 18 others like I did. Do yourself a favor and reach directly out to Sully. Good people, good work 5 out of 5! Having received high quotes at other places, I was relieved when Sully offered a much more affordable option. Not only was the price incredibly reasonable, but Sully also upgraded my glass to an acoustic one, which was a significant improvement in terms of durability. What really stood out to me was Sully’s kindness and understanding. As a college student, affordability was a concern for me, and Sully completely understood that. He also worked efficiently and quickly, ensuring I could get back to college after spring break. Even when a small issue arose with my old rearview mirror not fitting the new windshield, Sully immediately informed me and assured me he would buy a new mirror at no extra charge. His humility and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. Anyways we call around and after speaking to about six different options I call Sully & I immediately knew he was the guy for the job. Just the way he was kind, honest & personable made be comfortable to schedule an appointment with him. There was some glass shipment issue and he even got out of his way to go grab the glass himself. When we got there he realized the glass they gave him was wrong but he was so nice about it and apologized kindly & offered a discount for the inconvenience and also voluntarily took our car to go vacuum all the glass out & put a clear wrap over the window so that it wasn’t a wasted trip for us( he didn’t have to do this but that’s the type great human being he is). Absolutely BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was able to fix the car next morning and we are appreciative for his service. I honestly don’t leave reviews comments so when I do trust me it’s legit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. Great pricing and more than that a great person who will take great care of you needs with genuine passion.
