Previous Reviews Mentioning Price

Author: SayCheeze onThree Rating: 4/5 Date: 11/13/2023, 12:31:19 PM Review: They were nice & friendly. The wait was minimal, and the price was on point, and right along with the competition. They do not offer weekend hours any longer, which is an inconvenience for the Monday-Friday working class.☹ I was unable to return when I got another car because of their hours changing. All in all, I will still recommend this company to others. 💯 —– Author: Lewis Jordan Rating: 3/5 Date: 5/25/2023, 1:33:25 PM Review: They did a good job on my wife’s spoiler install (that’s why they get 3 stars) but did a bad job on the quote to get me in the door. Price went from $125.00 to $250.00. should look more into the labor involved before quoting. Quoted on a radio install at $2000.00 was able to get the same linkswell gen 5 system installed about $500.00 cheaper. I am sure they are good at what they do but are not cheap. —– Author: Lewis Jordan Rating: 3/5 Date: 5/25/2023, 1:33:25 PM Review: They did a good job on my wife’s spoiler install (that’s why they get 3 stars) but did a bad job on the quote to get me in the door. This establishment has some bad business practices and given the other genuine past reviews, this has been an issue for others as well. It is a bad business practice to give consumers a quote over the phone and not ask questions upfront regarding the service that could significantly increase the expected price. The expectation is for you all to be knowledgeable enough in your craft to know what should be communicated to consumers upfront and I can already tell by the way you’ve responded to others that left a review, you haven’t learned your lesson yet. While I understand that things may happen unexpectedly in the midst of providing a service, I can’t for the life of me understand how you didn’t think charging extra for a “tint” (on a window that already should be tinted because it’s a specialty window), charging a surcharge for credit card usage, and turning a quoted $400 service into a $600 service would be acceptable. You quoted for $400, and on the pricing breakdown, the windows and labor already had me at $500, so there was deception from the start. I also saw where your excuse for a “professional” response to another unsatisfied customer was that they should’ve “had the same energy they had behind the keyboard, in person”, I made sure I communicated my thoughts to your representatives at the front desk, so the energy remains consistent. I’ll be returning to leave a review on the quality of my window tint as well. The Better Business Bureau will have a field day with this one. Have a blessed day! —– Author: Jessika L Rating: 1/5 Date: 5/17/2023, 8:04:02 PM Review: Clearly the majority of the five star reviews are fictitious and it’s unfortunate how simple it is to put lipstick on a pig. He quoted me a price and stuck to it. I was in and out and left with a quality tint job both times. I also ended up needing a tonneau cover in a pinch for a vacation we had coming up a few weeks ago. I called Keith on a Wednesday evening, he had it in first thing Thursday am, and I went up and had it installed in 30 mins!! You can’t beat that service. —– Author: Lori Gray Rating: 5/5 Date: 6/25/2021, 11:41:29 AM Review: Kevin’s staff took such great care of me when I went and got my windows re-tinted my Honda and tinted my Jeep. Never discussed any additional pricing before picking up the vehicle. Poor customer service. Expect to pay a different price than quoted. Unreal and unsatisfactory. I was told by the owner that he is having a bad day because his poor son having a 103 degree temp. Guess what welcome to parenthood. It’s called Tylenol & Motrin… that has nothing to do with providing great customer service to paying customers. Once you decided to open & own a business. Your personal life stays at home. —– Author: Montoya Mitchell Rating: 1/5 Date: 6/24/2021, 10:19:51 PM Review: Lack of communication! I had an issue with a wrinkle in one of the windows and I stopped by to schedule the warranty work on April 2. They said they could not get me in until May 25! No issues with the work, but customer service after the sale could use some improvement. My overall experience with your shop rates 3 stars. Let me explain the thought process for my review of your business. First of all, I did not give you “such a bad review”. The grading scale for Google reviews is 1 to 5 stars with 1 being woefully short of customer expectations, 2 being just shy of customer expectations, 3 being what the customer expected, 4 being slightly more than customer expectations, and 5 being way above and beyond what the customer expected. Very few businesses rate 5 stars. When I came to your shop to ask about getting my windows tinted, you gave me a price, I agreed to it, and you gave me a time to bring it in. I brought it in at the agreed upon time and you all did what you agreed to do at the price you agreed to do it. Nothing more than what was expected and nothing less than what was expected. I picked up the car when it was complete and the job looked good! I know a bit about auto glass and tinting. I spent 28 years in the business, in fact I helped train your first auto glass installer several years ago, but I digress. Part of what you all agreed to was a lifetime warranty on the window tint. I had no issues until recently when a wrinkle appeared in one of my windows. I stopped by yesterday to inquire about the warranty work and was told that you all could not get me in for about 2 months! That is less than what a reasonable person would expect with regards to customer service after the sale. What if you called a plumber, electrician, or any other repairman to your home and paid them for service only to have some issue with it sometime later. You call them to ask them to come fix it and your are told they can’t get to you for 2 months. Would that be ok with you? Would it make you feel like customer service was not a priority since they already got your money? I don’t believe that was your intention, but that’s the message it sends. I never said you all did a bad job. You did not. I never said I was mistreated. I was not. Everyone I have dealt with up there has been very nice. I have not, and would not, tell people not to come there. I do not believe that the majority of your customers have had this similar experience because you would not have been in business as long as you have if that were the case. I do believe you need to hire additional help so as not to keep past customers waiting for 2 months for a 30 minute warranty repair. That’s just not reasonable. If you want to improve your reviews, then improve your customer service after the sale!

Will be back here for other accessories for my vehicles! —– Author: Marquis Henson Rating: 5/5 Date: 4/13/2021, 7:03:07 PM Review: I called in earlier and was treated just awful on the phone. Called back later accidently I guess everyone wants tints so their all booked. Happening to reconnect with them I was greeted by a polite women named Jenny an she went to every extent to accommodate me. I recommend she gets the phone everytime a customer calls. The first guy has no gumption of customer service.
