I would highly recommend this shop and will definitely go back here again if I need further work done on any of my cars. Pricing was on par with other shops in town, but the owner, Clay, was incredible to work with. He did a great job of explaining in detail all the services he was providing. He was honest with his recommendations for my car; he even talked me out of a couple of further paint jobs that would have made his company more money, but he explained why he didn’t think it was going to provide much more value to me. I arrived Tuesday morning at the appointed time, and a young man took my Audi into the bay to get started. When the person came back into the waiting area, I asked him about how long, and he said I’d be out by lunch. From my perspective, that seemed quick for what I was paying for, but I waited and worked. When the owner came in an hour later, he told me they were almost done, and he was not charging me for the shampoo, because he could clean it without shampooing it. Again, I was quiet, but did not really believe. About ten minutes later – well before lunch – I was invited to check out my car. I have to be honest; I don’t think it looked this good since it rolled off the showroom. I was stunned at how well the car looked. Also, not saying the price, but it has to be the lowest price in the CSRA. My paint was in terrible shape and I paid for the full detail and engine bay wash. After finishing the outside detail he wasn’t happy with the way it turned out, so he did a full polish and paint correction on the car just so I’d be happy with the result for no extra charge! He even touched up areas where the paint was chipping on the hood. The price is the best in the area for the quality of work he does.
