Review: I cannot recommend this place enough. The customer experience is unbelievable. They worked late (past midnight) to get my car out quickly as I was not exactly great at planning and needed the vehicle. I got a front PPF coating put on and it is perfectly done. They also had the best price of the 4 places I’d shopped. I will be coming back here for tinting and other services without a doubt. If you’re on the fence, feel good about giving these folks your business. Thank you so much hot spot!!

Review: I’ve taken 3 cars to Bridgett and never disappointed. Quality and price are key. The location is tricky but her shop is top notch. I’d recommend her every day and twice ok Sunday! If you want too work with high quality product and work, go to hot spot.

Review: Just picked up my truck and couldn’t be happier. This is the 4th vehicle I’ve had done here since 2017 and have had ZERO issues with quality of work or customer service from the staff. Pricing is on point as well. I highly recommend HOT SPOT and suggest giving them a shot next time you need tint installed.

Review: I want to begin this review by stating the service done for my car was great. I have no complaints there.
For reference, I had the PPF – paint protection film (full front end) + tint on my front two windows to match the rest of the vehicle. My car is only two weeks old so naturally, I was nervous.
I came to Hot Spot Tinting by referral/word of mouth and good reviews from my boyfriend. I was super excited because of his experience. Sadly, I didn’t have exactly the same caliber of customer service, if you will.
First, I was told to arrive 15 minutes early at 9:45 AM and showed up on time only to find a locked door. No one was there. About 2-3 mins after 10 AM, an employee arrived. I totally understand that life happens, but a call/text should have been made, and would have meant a lot to me as a paying customer. I am a working professional and needless to say I scheduled my morning meetings around this time slot. When I address the fact that she was late, she did apologize and just said she was running late, that was it. NO offer to make things right with a complimentary car wash, nada. The associate’s name was Alif, for the record.
After dropping off my car, I was called by the owner and informed that the quote I was given just moments prior was wrong and the price would be higher. At this point, I was already slightly perturbed by my experience already, so just accepted the higher price and went about my day.
The next day I had to call and inquire if my car was ready – when I’d been told they’d call me. So, I called and of course was told my car was indeed sitting there, ready. So, if I’d not called, I’m unsure as to when I would have been notified that my car was ready for pick up.
Ok finally some good news. Upon pick up, the car looked great and I have no complaints. The job is flawless :)
Back to the bad news. I was a little dumbfounded when I had to ask the owner for paperwork. You would naturally assume that would be an automatic part of the process when having work done to your car. I’m still a little confused at that. Why wouldn’t paperwork be automatically provided to me when given my keys? Make it make sense.
All in all, my experience was in no way horrible, I just expected much better service from this company especially since my boyfriend had utilized their services and had a completely different experience. I also want to point out the fact that their voicemail + website both state you’re able to make an appointment online, when in fact you are not. Seems like at some point in the past you could, but definitely does not work currently.

Review: Pros: Tint quality seems fine, good install
Cons: Appointment was pointless, waited 3 hours for a single window, no apologies. Tried to charge me more than was originally quoted.
I went here because I needed one window retinted. I reached out via email and was quoted a specific price which was good, so I made an appointment. The appointment was confirmed via text the day before. I showed up exactly on time and checked in and he quoted me a different price than what was in the email (even though it was the same person). I pulled up the email and showed it to him and he honored the price, but weird behavior nonetheless.
I was told it would be an hour. There was another car in the bay and one outside they were working on and my car wasn’t touched for an hour. About 1.5 hours in I asked for an update and was told another 30 minutes. I kept waiting and my car was finally done around 2 hours and 45 minutes later. The work quality was good but I essentially wasted my entire afternoon. The guy next to me also had an appointment and was in the same boat. I don’t see the point of making and confirming appointments if people are just going to sit around and wait. I don’t think I would come back here again.

Review: Terrible customer service and very unprofessional.
The one star is coming from a very simple tenet in business: don’t ignore your customers.
The appointment I had was with an individual that was not very professional. I had an appointment for 10 AM on Saturday. I arrived promptly at 9:58 AM. Keep in mind that the text that they send out the day before says get there 15 minutes early. I purposely did NOT get there 15 minutes early because I read other reviews where customers had to wait. This was a good move on my part, because as expected, we had to wait even though I was there on time (slightly early actually). The garage where the shop is located was not even open. The craziest part is that the individual who was able to open the shop with sitting in his truck, the entire time sitting amongst cars that were pulling up, ready for their appointments. At around 10:02 AM he finally got out of his truck and opened his garage, I was very surprised that he was there the entire time actually parked in front of me and just waited in his car. He didn’t even acknowledge the fact that there were people there for a 10 AM appointment and he hadn’t even open the garage yet until after 10. Maybe he isn’t aware that the instructions tell people to get there 15 min early, I don’t know.
Then he proceeded to service the customers that were there before us which is totally fine. But the reality is I did have a 10 AM appointment and I was on time and I was not acknowledged or spoken to the entire time, and they definitely saw me. On numerous occasions, they walked past me did not even say anything at all. Normal customer service is to say that they will be right with you or thank you for patience or something.
There was absolutely NO acknowledgment whatsoever. He didn’t stop to ask if we had an appointment or anything, he just walked past us and continued talking to the other customers. Also.. the bigger question is.. why did they double book? Assuming the other party also had a 10 AM appointment. If they didn’t have an appt, this is even worse becuase they ignored the customers who actually made an appointment. Either way it is terrible customer service.
So ultimately, I left. I refuse to give business to a company that does not respect my time, for them to see me and other customers, waiting and still stay in their truck and then on top of that for them to not even acknowledge me once they finally open, the shop is totally unacceptable. Also I was lingering around there for about 10-15 min hoping to be spoken to and then I thought to myself.. if they won’t provide good customer service before getting my car, then they don’t deserve to touch my car. I refuse to give them business.
I will say that the person who scheduled my appointment Bridget was super nice when I spoke to her so maybe it would have been better if she was there but regardless they need to be held accountable for how appointments are on Saturdays.
