Their store is exquisite and constantly loaded with the most high end vehicles getting their elite AP3 treatment. Alexis was incredibly helpful throughout my experience from quote to finish. Their attention to detail was immaculate. They checked in with me personally many times to make sure i got exactly what i wanted. AP3 was quick to answer all of my questions in detail; communication was always prompt and complete. Fair and transparent pricing. Warrantied work. If you want it done once and done right, this is your shop. Go where there the professionals are. I reached out to a bunch of places but when I got in touch with Brandon and Christian from AP3, I had the best experience. I loved the fact that they fully wash the car and buff to get the impurities out BEFORE doing PPF. Everyone else told me they dont need to with new cars but you can tell the difference between someone who is good and people who actually take pride in their work. Christian walked me through the car to ensure there was no confusion and they sent me photos during the entire process. When I went to pick it up, it was Christian who told me to be as picky as I wanted to be since Im spending money, but the car was perfect. Definitely am sending all my friends and family here. Aaron contacted me within 6 hours about a quote request on a Saturday, and had a quote in writing the next day, even outside regular business hours. He was able to schedule me into a sooner appointment than usual, as well. He did not try to upsell me and treated my lack of knowledge with respect and explained everything in great detail. Jon took care of both the in-person drop off and pickup. He was prompt, friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. I was provided detailed photos every day that progress was made on my vehicle, and I felt welcomed to ask questions. Jon made pickup and payment easy and provided all the information I needed about warranty, maintenance and touch-ups, and ensured I was satisfied with both the product and experience.
